H.E.A.R.T in Motion - Medical Outreach in Bono East, Ghana

𝐈𝐧 𝐚 𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, the GYLF team in Ghana organized a free medical outreach in the Grumaline Community, Bono East Region. With strategic publicity via radio, social platforms, churches, and flyers, the outreach was well-attended—serving over 150 individuals.

🩺 Attendees were screened for their vitals and received one-on-one consultations with a medical doctor. They were given professional advice and referrals. Every attendee went home with a treated mosquito net and a copy of the HTTN magazine! Glory!

With the help of 15 PA students and professionals who volunteered and our indefatigable GYLF team th program was a beautiful display of excellence in planning and execution.
